The geometry of the sole has a moderate rounding and thus a medium instability level. The height of the midsole and the balancing area are more prominent than is the case with MBT shoes with the ACTIVATE sole index. The sole has a wide sensor with a continuous clip to stabilise the heel. The DYNAMIC sole index is particularly suitable for- an increase in muscle activity, also in everyday life

The geometry of the sole has the strongest rounding compared to ACTIVATE and DYNAMIC. The height of the midsole has a medium shaping, whereas the balancing area has a strong shaping. The sole has a narrow sensor with lateral clip for increased instability. The PERFORMANCE sole index is particularly suitable for- athletically ambitious, who aim for a high level of muscle activity

TIP:
Wearing MBT shoes with the PERFORMANCE sole index is not recommended for beginners. Due to the extreme rounding, this sole index requires the most exercise, but also achieves the greatest effects. MBT shoes have a similar effect to Pezzi balls. Anyone who sits on such an exercise ball automatically adopts a straight sitting position. You can imagine this effect with MBT shoes.
